Ordering is a two step process. First, fill out the form, which tells me what book you want promoted and if you have any special text you want included. Then, choose the number of months you'd like your book promotion to run. Next, click on the "add to cart" button. the cart is located at the top right corner. Click on "Proceed to checkout" and follow the prompts. Paypal is accepted.
